Abstract：
随着我国经济的发展，生态文明建设越来越重要。而水生态的源头保障就是水利建设，生态建设的核心就是水，缺水少雨、水土流失、水体污染等都是造成水生态的问题源头，水利建设工程就是改善和保护生态的重要手段。在水利工程施工的过程中，有很多地基都是软土地基。如何在水利施工的过程中对软体地基进行处理，是摆在水利工程施工人员面前必须解决的一个难题。本文就从软土地基的基本概念，对水利工程施工中软土地基处理中应注意的事项、施工方法进行重点分析和探讨，供相关从业人员做参考。
