Abstract：
小学生在学校体育课程中可养成对体育锻炼的浓厚兴趣，进而形成终生锻炼的好习惯。因此，教师在对学生运动教学的过程中要注重学生体育运动，为小学生的运动健康发展打下基础。笔者结合培养学生体育锻炼习惯为思考点，从转变小学体育教学思想、设计科学的体育锻炼内容、挖掘培养体育锻炼习惯的原因进行策略的探究。
