Abstract：
“以学定教”从字面意思上就能够知道是让教师按照学生的实际学习状况以及学习兴趣来针对自身的教学方法进行创新改进，从而更好地为学生提供一个高效率的学习环境。因此，教师需要始终以学生为主体，围绕着学生的学习情况和心理特征进行因材施教，将学生的长处发挥到最大，有针对性地解决学生在学习过程中所遇到的问题。
