Abstract：
本人作为浙江万里学院中德设计与传播学院老师，很荣幸能参加2021年9月份-12月份学校组织的高校中青年教师教育教学能力提升专题网络培训。这次培训旨在为全面贯彻习总书记关于教育的重要论述和全国教育大会精神，深入落实《中共中央，国务院关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》，逐步增强高校教师教书育人的本领，建设一支政治基础牢固、业务能力过硬、育人水平精湛的高质量专业化创新型高校教师队伍。
