Abstract：
对于具有历史艺术和科学价值的建筑物、遗址、典型实物和一些人文历史资料，都被称为现代文物，同时也具有研究价值。文物藏品同时也是中华文明和中华民族精神的载体，记录着中国千百年来的光辉历史成就，是宝贵的科学文化财富。文物藏品管理单位和文物藏品管理者，担负着弘扬中华文化传统，传承中华文明的历史重任。本文通过分析近现代文物藏品管理工作的重要性，探讨工作中存在的问题，提出做好近现代文物藏品管理工作的具体做法，做好文物藏品管理工作能够优化博物馆的文化环境，重现文物藏品的生机，让文物藏品更具价值性。
