    Abstract：

    在改革开放后，随着建筑行业不断的发展，在当下的建筑工程市场上，越来越多的新技术层出不穷。其中最为广泛推广的前沿技术就是BIM工程建模技术，所以诸多高校的土建类专业，为了让学生了解前沿建设技术，毕业后投入到建筑行业中能够更好的从事相关工作，在高校中已经开展了BIM相关教学专业。本文针对高校土建类专业BIM教学改革工作进行了一定的研究，并对问题提出了相应的意见和建议，供有关高校部门进行参考和改进。
