    Abstract：

    我国建筑行业在近几年得到了快速发展，将绿色建筑技术应用到建筑设计之中，可以提升建筑设计的合理性、规范性，同时还能改善居民的生存居住环境，建筑的生态性能得到整体提升。随着经济发展和环境保护的矛盾日益尖锐，建筑业过去简单、粗放的发展模式不能满足社会可持续发展的需要，高效节能的绿色建筑将会是未来建筑业的新发展，新趋势。在具体施工过程中，施工人员要不断强化自身的绿色发展理念，坚持绿色建筑设计的原则，为现代建筑行业的发展提供保障。
