    Abstract：

    在全球化趋势的引领下，电子商务飞速发展，为我国物流行业带来了新的发展契机，与此同时，物流企业数量快速增加，行业内部竞争随之加大，员工流失频率提高，员工的流失会对物流企业的生产经营活动产生直接影响，关键岗位员工的流失可能直接弱化物流企业竞争力，甚至影响公司的正常运转。本文将以浙青海省一家中型物流公司A物流公司为研究对象，对该公司员工频繁流失的现象进行了原因分析，并提出相应的解决建议。
