Abstract：
数字化改革是浙江省全面深化改革的总抓手，政府要求国企聚焦主业，扩大投资，做强做优做大国企。工程项目全生命周期管理具有时间跨度大、涉及部门多、监管难度大等特点，存在信息共享难、工作协同性差以及历史数据查找困难等问题。国企以数字化改革为抓手，促进管理转型，本文以投融建管营一体化系统为例，探索以数字化改革加强国企工程项目全生命周期管理。
