Abstract：
本文以目前心理学理论中的积极心理学的方向作为讨论目标，结合高职院校现阶段心理健康教育工作开展的具体形式，分析高职心理健康教育理念改革的具体方向。高职院校心理健康教育一直以来都是教育界的重点话题，如何从根本上实现心理健康教育资源的充分开拓，不断完善高职心理健康教育效果对于提高高职院校人才培养效果尤为重要。下文提出了高职心理健康教育中应用积极心理学的具体措施，旨在为充分构建完善的高职心理健康教育组织系统提供指导性意见。
