Abstract：
学会倾听，是一个人终身学习和工作必备的素质，是一个人良好修养的体现。倾听是一种多感官交织融通的行为，它不只是听，也包括了看，更涉及想、思。所以教师在教育、启发、引导学生倾听的时候，要有所“为”，有所“不为”，在教育方式、方法上要用创造性的思维，注意方法的灵活多样，为学生倾听能力的培养做好引导助推工作。
