    通过提出一系列问题将教材中的知识进行重新整合，让学生对土壤中分解尿素的细菌的分离与计数”建立一个整体的框架。通过小组讨论分析问题让学生掌握微生物分离原理和计数方法及操作过程中的注意事项，学会分析选择培养基与鉴别培养基的区别。
