    Abstract：

    随着经济和社会的发展，人、资源和环境之间的冲突变得更加明显。低碳可持续发展模式是保护环境、节约资源、减轻城市发展中资源和环境压力的有效途径，也是应对城市发展总各种挑战的有效方法。低碳城市设计确保了可持续的城市发展，可以改善城市功能，刺激产业结构，保护生态环境。因此，在城市建设的规划中，需要重点考虑低碳理念的意义，解决实际的规划难题。基于此，本文通过对低碳城市规划中遇到的难点进行归纳，并通过对关键问题的探究，来实现城市规划的低碳建设，促进城市的进程与发展。
