    Abstract：

    二零一六年，雅虎事件，数以亿计的客户个人信息被披露。除去了雅虎本身的问题之外，这个事故也体现出了传统的电子信息风险管理方式亟须改善。在当今时代，大数据也进行了更有效地研究与运用，这就给电子信息风险指明了另一个思路与方向，也增加了对电子信息风险的可预测性。健全电子信息风险管理制度，对促进电子产业的健康发展有着重要意义。
