Abstract：
在智能制造如火如荼的今天，在传统制造企业亟待转型升级的期盼中，制造业MES系统应以业务流程再造及精益管理为主线，结合企业自身的实际情况，建设数据规范、信息互联、智能分析、有效决策的MES系统，构建“生产精益化+设备自动化+数据规范化+管理信息化"的"新四化”智能车间与智能工厂，为制造型企业智能化转型升级奠定坚实的基础。
