本文依托长沙市轨道交通3号线一期工程土建施工项目盾构下穿浏阳河段施工,针对高压水、突水、突泥、盾尾密封失效、盾构隧道上浮、上软下硬基底等风险,逐项改进施工工艺,同时结合现场管片错台、隧道渗漏水、管片破损等典型的质量问题及隐患的处理,为今后类似工程提供了实用可行的方法和经验。
