Abstract：

近年来，信息技术水平的提升带动了建筑工程良好发展，BIM技术的引进加速了工程建设进度，也提升了建筑工程项目管理精细化水平。在数字化经济时代背景下，如何做好BIM技术与建筑工程项目管理的融合是建筑行业面临的关键问题。基于此，本文提出了BIM技术与建筑工程项目管理的融合路径，以供参考。
