在城市的中心区域，地下空间开发是一种必然趋势，随着基坑规模不断增大，对周边建筑影响也日益显著，为了邻近既有建筑安全，基坑设计变形控制要求越来越高。因此，对基坑周边建筑变形预测研究具有重要现实意义。
