    Abstract：

    新时期建筑企业在建筑工程造价管理工作中应当明确工作管理重点和要点，本文对建筑工程造价管理困境进行分析，对其中造价监管丢失、管理理念落后、管理制度欠缺以及专业人员素养低下的情况进行总结，对当前建筑工程造价管理创新的路径进行简要探究，提出在当今工程造价管理工作中引入BIM系统的可行性，分析提高专项人员技能水平的路径，开展全面成本管理工作，强化结算审查，以此来提高建筑企业施工建设的质量和效率。
