Abstract：
“互联网+教育”的时代到来，学习方式的变革变得迫切，珊瑚康恒小学根据自身所面临的问题，在二期课改的研修模式上探索构建基于任务的主题式校本研修共同体，学生在此过程中提高了综合素养，老师也从“三无”向“三有”教师转变。
