Abstract：
小学英语小组合作是小学生初入课堂英语小组合作学习所有科目的基础，英语小组合作对于小学生提升自身素质和自我修养具有重要意义。新课程改革不断进行，要求小学英语小组合作教师在活动过程中一定要融入英语小组合作的理念。教师需要调动小学生学习英语小组合作的兴趣，加强教师理解并掌握英语小组合作理念的能力。本文就英语小组合作的现实起点进行有效分析，并提出一些能够加强小学英语小组合作的有效性策略。
