Abstract：
随着我国制造业的不断发展壮大，对于应用型人才的需求日益旺盛，而中职院校承担着为社会输送技能型人才的重任。由于中职学生自身的特点，很多学生在学校表现出自暴自弃、自信心不强等问题，严重地影响了中职学生的培养。基于此，要深化赏识教育的运用，围绕学生的特点开展润物细无声的赏识教育，进一步引导学生正视自我，努力学习，积极上进，在整个班上形成一种积极向上的氛围，确保学生健康成长，满足社会对于高素质技能人才的需求。
