通过教师名师工作室的校企合作模式推动高职院校药品制造类专业教学资源库建设，以企业真实项目作为载体，通过对教学资源进行整合，促进药品制造类专业教学资源库各种类型资源的建设，保证药品制造类专业学生的实践技能和创新能力的提高，为高职院校药品制造类专业人才培养方案的实施提供有力的保障。
