    Abstract：

    音乐在我们身边无处不在，学习音乐的人也越来越多，同样音乐治疗作为近些年越来越流行的学科，在心理影响方面起到了一定的作用，尤其是在实践应用的过程中，取得良好的效果。本文主要通过探讨音乐以及音乐治疗的作用，重点分析音乐在大学生心理健康教育中的应用，从而达到帮助学生缓解压力，控制自己的情绪，达到辅助解决大学生心理健康教育问题的目的。
