    产教融合背景下，将行业企业需求与高职英语听说教学深度融合，基于成果导向理念，以输出和应用为导向，采用混合式教学模式，促进学生的自主性学习和个性化学习，提高学生的英语听说能力，培养学生满足岗位需求的英语综合运用能力和职业素养。
