Abstract：

建筑行业对能源的消耗量相对较高，所以在建筑设计当中如果不使用节能措施，那么会产生大量的资源浪费，不利于我国的可持续发展。因此，节能减排便成了尤为重要的一部分，为实现建筑可持续发展奠定坚实基础。本文针对建筑节能与建筑设计中的新能源利用进行分析，从各方面入手，确保建筑节能设计对新能源的利用率快速提升。
