Abstract：
在建筑工程管理中如何提高员工的素质，培养高素质人才，是当前建筑企业急需解决的问题。新时代的到来对建筑工程管理人才提出了更高的要求，需要有关工作人员改革对高素质建筑工程管理人才的培养模式。本文主要阐述了建筑工程管理中高素质人才培养模式改革的主要依据以及培养内容，并提出培养模式改革的有效措施，作为日后企业进行建筑工程管理工作的参考。
