以德育人，以爱管理——论高中班主任德育管理的重要性

Abstract：

“十年育树，百年育人。”在高中班级管理过程中，班主任需重视德育，并用心平等对待、爱护每一位学生，让他们可以“亲其道，信其师”，促进学生正确三观的形成，提升整体的德育教学质量。在本文的德育授课过程中，笔者主要从高中班主任开展德育教学的重要性以及实施策略两个角度进行论述，希望可为广大同仁提供借鉴。
