浅谈电子文件归档和电子档案安全管理

Abstract：

电子档案的安全与管理工作是一项长期且复杂的工程，如何确保电子档案的安全与管理工作有效开展，已成为亟待解决的问题。分析了电子档案管理现状，并提出建立健全电子档案安全管理制度，加快复合型档案人才培养，完善软硬件基础设施建设等对策，确保电子档案的安全与管理发挥更大的功效。
