Abstract：
“十三五”时期，我国教育已进入提高质量、优化结构和促进公平的新阶段。长期以来，教育不公平是我国教育领域的一个突出问题，早在2002年，四川省就将远程教育作为了促进教育公平的重要举措。经过多年发展，网校远端直播教学的模式已经逐渐成熟，具有不可忽视的重要作用。但仍然存在学生基础不同，教师心理失衡，监管机制不完善等问题。
