Abstract：
在技术与内容飞速发展的背景下，这几年在媒体融合背景下，新媒体内容生产就经历了从PGC,UGC再到MCN的转变，内容创业者们从最初一两个人搭建起“草台班子”，单打独斗到如今有组织，有规模的批量生产，逐渐实现了内容的多元化团队化，和垂直化，尽管MCN来势凶猛，但是其仍然存在着一些问题，所有我们要直面这些问题，探索出适合媒体融合背景下适合中国的MCN发展。
