Abstract：
近年来随着国家市场经济结构调整、居民消费降级、海外市场跌宕起伏带来企业生产面临经营困难，企业内部大刀阔斧进行改革，推进一系列的降本增效改善项目实施，职能部门（非直接创造业绩的部门）自然也无法独善其身，如何转型创造价值产生经济效益也迫在眉睫。本文通过对制造型企业绩效从业人员主导绩效考核工作的视角，对在企业内模拟“市场化”如何推进职能部门经济效益考核实施策略研究与摸索，希望可对同样面临此类问题的各级管理者提供参考与借鉴。
