    Abstract：

    伴随职业教育改革进程的加快，幼儿教育发展水平引起了社会、学校和家长的广泛重视。为了满足激烈的社会竞争需求，幼儿园提高了人才的招收标准和门槛。总体上看，社会对学前教育专业人才的需求量不断增加，这就需要中职学校加强学前教育人才培养力度。其中，学前专业教师的实践能力，影响着学生知识、实践水平。基于此，本文基于“双师型”理念，分析中职学前教育教师实践能力的发展现状，提出了有效培养对策。
