    在当前校企合作教育中存在教育载体、教育环境、教育内容、学校和企业联系不够密切、学生难以适应角色变化等问题。所以学校通过严格做好合作企业的准入机制，利用学校思政教育的优质资源优势，联合企业在学生在校学期期间即导入校企双方的文化氛围，建立校企共管体制，学生通过校企大环境的营造，辅导员、企业导师的末端引导合力提升高职院校人才培养的质量，为企业提供更优质的高技术、高素质的专业技能型人才。
