    Abstract：

    在农村教学的过程中，教师队伍发挥着重要的作用。目前农村教师队伍整体学历有了大幅度提升，年龄结构得到较大改善，但年龄整体偏高，存在结构性缺编、学科结构不合理、专业不对口等问题。文理科比例不均衡及音、体、美专业教师配置不全，农村教师流失问题依然值得重视。本文首先分析了农村教师队伍建设的现状，其次探讨了农村教师队伍补充机制的研究，以供参考。
