Abstract：
在教育部颁布的《普通高等学校本科专业目录（2012年）》中，秘书学以特设专业的身份正式进入本科专业目录，秘书学专业升本以后，本科专业人才的培养是摆在学界面前的重要问题。本文以秘书专业人才培养的历史和现状为切入点，梳理秘书学本科十年在人才培养模式存在的问题并分析其问题的成因，提出了相应的对策，为高等学校秘书学本科专业人才培养方案的修订提供参考。
