Abstract：
当前大学生就业形势严峻，市场结构性矛盾较为突出，学生自身能力不足，这成了阻碍学生就业的主要因素。想要改变这样的现状，就必须要全面提升高等教育体系的社会适应性，打造新的人力资源基础，落实好教学以及实践的创新。为学生提供多元化的发展空间以及发展渠道。坚持校企合作，落实各主体的融合。这样才可以为我国大学生就业能力的提升奠定良好基础，也可以增强高等教育的现代化价值。
