    本研究旨在针对小班幼儿存在挑食、偏食的不良饮食习惯，及进餐专注度不高的现状，以食育活动为载体，通过进餐好习惯活动、常态化食育活动、家园合作活动三条路径，引导幼儿养成良好饮食习惯。
