    Abstract：

    随着信息技术的不断发展，越来越多的课堂开始引用丰富的信息技术对教学方式进行创新，微课是当前在课堂中应用最多的新型教学技术。相较于传统的教学方式，微课教学不仅有着便利、新颖、内容丰富等诸多优势，还可以极大地提高教师的教学水平，带给学生更优质的课堂体验。因此，在初中数学教学中，教师要以微课为引导，推动学生知识学习、自主创新，实现对学生的个性化辅导，为学生进行高级学习奠定良好的基础。
