    在我国现代土地资源规划管理过程中，科学编制国土空间规划是其各项工作有序开展的重要保障，相关人员必须对其进行深入分析，合理优化编制思路，确保国土空间规划能够高度符合国家总体规划和当地具体情况，本文分别从规划体系，多规合一，管理机制，相关法律和技术创新五个角度探究其编制思路。
