Abstract：
对传统的船舶涂装工艺技术而言，它在实际的施工实施过程中必然地会给海洋生态环境带来一些负面影响，在这样的状况下，对船舶涂装工艺技术的改进就是尤为重要的，在对船舶涂料产品质量和效益予以必要保证的基础上，对船舶涂装工艺技术改造中的环境保护技术研究也是必须亲为之的，唯有通过对船舶涂装工艺技术改造中的环境保护关键技术进行不断的研究，才能促进海洋生态合理化环境保护的有效进行。
