Abstract：
随着我国建筑行业市场的不断扩大，企业之间的竞争越来越激烈，施工单位必须不断提高自身的管理水平，才能使企业不被市场所淘汰。众所周知，对于建筑项目而言，施工进度对整个工程的工期、质量以及利润都有着重大的营销，本文通过对影响施工进度的因素进行分析，并给出相应的措施，以供同行参考。
