Abstract：
在小学数学的学习过程中，帮助学生熟练地掌握数字运算技能是教学过程中的重难点。一方面许多教师、家长都觉得数字计算是基础技能而没有在教学过程中对孩子予以鼓励、引导，另一方面是单纯的重复计算练习并不能够起到培养学生计算兴趣和运算能力的作用。本文试总结在小学数学中对学生运算能力的培养策略。
