    Abstract：

    注意缺陷多动障碍是一种神经性发育障碍，其干预方法一直是人们普遍关注的话题。本研究主要通过总结归纳认知行为疗法的策略步骤、原则以及近十年国内对ADHD儿童干预的研究现状，得出结论：认知行为疗法是一种以认知疗法为主、以行为干预为辅的干预方法，以此改善ADHD 儿童的注意不集中、多动-冲动等不良行为，干预后取得了理想的效果。希望本研究能为后续相关研究提供帮助。
