Abstract：
公证业务是一项由国家认可的公证机构对民事法律关系进行确认、且具有权威性的证明活动，能够有效预防、减少社会经济民事纠纷，切实保障公民、法人及其他社会组织的合法权益。当前我国公证业务尚未得到全面的发展与普及，尤其是在偏远的农村地区，社会认知度相对较低，无法充分发挥公证业务的各项效能，同时在公证业务开展过程中缺少完善的法律保障，影响公证业务的未来发展。本文通过分析我国公证制度的演变及当前我国公证业务发展现状，创新公证业务拓展思路，促进我国公证业务高效合理的开展。
