Abstract：
随着国内改革开放深化推进，以及全球经济一体化进程加快，国内建筑行业发展如火如荼，市场竞争态势也日趋激烈，要不断提升项目的管控效率以及质量，从根源上保障建筑工程整体建设质量，为后续项目的良好运转奠定基础。基于此，本文对EPC工程总承包项目的主要内容、存在的问题以及EPC总承包模式下建筑经济管理与发展的措施进行了分析。
