    Abstract：

    传统的高职会计人才培养注重专业知识传授和技能培养，将专业课程放在重要位置。这种培养模式培养出来的专业人才往往在会计专业考试中表现突出，但是工作岗位对接能力不突出，需要一段时间来适应岗位工作。这主要是因为人才在专业学习中缺乏实践锻炼，导致实践能力不足。对此，提出在高职会计人才培养中引入“1+X”证书制度，目的是强化学生的职业能力和素养，提升人才的岗位适应性，使专业学生在毕业后适应市场需要，快速融入岗位工作。本文就此展开了论述，以供参阅。
