小学习作教学中，教师适时引入微日记训练形式，可以丰富学生习作视野，养成良好习作习惯。微日记具有先天优势，简单易行，无论什么学生都可以操作，其适合度非常高，教师通过针对性引导，可以给学生带来丰富习作动力，为全面塑造学生习作品质提供帮助。
