Abstract：
目前，我国人口老龄化进程不断加快，经济社会发展面临着重大挑战。随着2020年65岁及以上老年人数占比达到14%，我国步入深度老龄化社会，宝鸡市也成为全国149个深度老龄化城市之一，为积极应对人口老龄化，缓解养老需求与服务之间的供需矛盾，亟须在机构养老和居家养老的基础之上，持续推进养老服务社会化进程，尽快构建完善的养老服务体系。
