当前，我国社会发展进入新常态，给改革进程中国有企业思想政治工作带来新的问题与挑战，思想政治工作作为国有企业的传统政治优势，是企业实现可持续健康发展的政治基础。本文基于国有企业思想政治工作现状和不足，以期探索出一条优化改革路径。
